After spending an entire weekend I finally got my Flip32 (from readytoflyquads.com) working on my mac (Macbook Pro Retina 2014) running OS X 10.10.2.

-> Download the driver, unzip, double click the dmg and install the package.

The reason that the driver on the SILAB page doesn't work is that Apple now requires vendors to sign their drivers for additional security and the previous drivers cannot be installed/loaded because they don't have valid developer signatures.
